Please find below a note from the Croke Park Community Officer in relation to the upcoming Garth Brooks concerts in the area. I note that there will be a community information event held on Tuesday Feb 25th, as advised below. Five nights in a row of traffic, parking, noise and disruption is – in my opinion – too much for the local area to bear and more consideration should have been given before these two extra dates were announced:

Garth Brooks Concerts – July 2014

Dear neighbour,

Due to unprecedented demand, Aiken Promotions announced this morning that Garth Brooks will play a 4th date in Croke Park this summer on Monday, July 28th 2014.

Concert Information for the Community

There will be a community information event on Tuesday, February 25th open to all residents to attend to find out more details on the concerts in Croke Park this summer.

Recruitment Opportunities

Aramark Ireland was recently awarded the food and beverage contract for the stadium.  In addition to retaining existing employees, Aramark have begun hiring new staff and will continuing our commitment to recruiting local staff from the Croke Park area.
